I have undertaken a number of consultancy projects in the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors. The majority have related to leadership, management development and project management.
The leadership and management development initiatives have included identifying organisational challenges, opportunities and needs followed by training needs analysis and making recommendations. Once agreed the next steps were to design and deliver appropriate learning interventions and finally to complete realistic evaluation.
The project management consultancy has focused on helping organisations develop their own approach to managing projects normally by undertaking extensive consultation and building on existing good practice. This is then followed by designing and delivering familiarisation workshops and training sessions to ensure the relevant people understand and can use the organisational approach to ensure projects achieve their objectives, on-time and within budget.
I have also helped organisations develop and launch organisational missions, visions and values and strategic plans.
Worth Training can offer a full consultancy service. Typically this would follow the sequence outlined below.
In my experience consultancy projects often start with a strategic objective and/or can be subject specific. For further information refer to the Management Development Programme case study
