A senior management team wanted to review their performance and to develop a strategic plan.
Following an initial conversation with the Director a draft programme was produced. I then phoned each member of the senior management team to establish their expectations, hopes and fears. This led to numerous revisions to the programme which was signed off by the Director.
On the day a range of facilitation tools and techniques were used along with some strategic planning models to achieve the objectives.
During the consultation it was clear that one issue could have been a few individuals dominating the day. I therefore built in individual, paired and small group work.

While the structure may be standard the range of tools and techniques I use to achieve the objectives and ouputs varies enormously and is driven by client needs, organisational culture and values, previous experience (theirs and mine) and the desired 'tone' for the day.
