I worked with a very large creative organisation (20,000 plus employees) delivering a two day module - 'My Business' as part of their management development programme. I was brought in to provide specialist skills and expert knowledge. The group sizes were large, up to 20 people, so there were two trainers. Having two facilitators has many benefits.
Interestingly I co-delivered this module with a facilitator from another training organisation. This module covered project initiation, stakeholder management, influencing, scoping, risk management, planning, budgeting, people management, change and communication. It ran approximately 20 times a year between April 2008 and July 2011.
It is a good example of using specialist skills, expert knowledge and two deliverers to enhance the learning expereince.
